History

1979: ECIPSA Group began its activities in the development of public and private construction works in roadworks, civil engineering and sanitation.
1986: ECIPSA Group The country’s first housing development without State intervention targeting the middle class was developed in the province of San Juan and called NATANIA.
1989: ECIPSA Group expanded into the province of Cordoba, the second in importance in the country, developing Las Delicias, the first country club in the interior designed for permanent residence. This project was extremely successful and set living trends in the interior of the country.
1994: After the success garnered by Las Delicias, the second country club designed for permanent residence, Lomas de la Carolina, was launched in Cordoba.
1995: ECIPSA Group entered the capitals market with different financial instruments; one of its associated companies stood out for being the first small- and medium-sized company in the country to issue Corporate Bonds. Likewise, one of the Group’s associated companies was the first banking enterprise to securitize its mortgage portfolio, a landmark in the country and the sector.
1998: ECIPSA Group launched Valle Escondido. It was the first Master Planned Community in the country, in which over 2,000 families currently live. This undertaking received the Real Estate Excellence Prize, awarded by FIABCI in recognition of its merits.
1999: ECIPSA Group established the first Financial Real Estate Trust in the country. After successfully placing 100% of the certificates issued, the produce was used to build the so-called Cordoba Business Tower, the first intelligent office building in the interior and an urban landmark in the city of Cordoba.
2000: Through one of its companies, ECIPSA Group was listed on the Buenos Aires Stock Market. It thus became the first real estate development company in the interior of the country to go public.
2005: ECIPSA Group launched three mega developments:
i. TierrAlta - Ecopueblo, set in a privileged location in the Cordoba hills, next to the motorway to Carlos Paz, 20 km from the city of Cordoba, thus developing the west of the city of Cordoba.
ii. ECIPSA Center, a housing and commercial complex strategically located in Nueva Cordoba neighborhood on a 5,000 m2 plot of land with access to three important streets in the area with the greatest real estate development in the city.
iii. CasaMagna, an important residential complex in the province of Mendoza.
2006: ECIPSA Group created and launched Valle del Golf, one of the most important developments in recent years, merging two key concepts: 1) the fact that it is the first Slow Life country club in the interior of the country and 2) the fact that it is the first development in the country with a 27-hole golf course designed exclusively by Jack Nicklaus Design.
2006: ECIPSA Group launched NATANIA and its financing system in the province of Mendoza, thus reaching six provinces with middle class housing developments using this system.
2008: In one of the most important real estate market operations in the interior of the country, ECIPSA Group sold its share of Euromayor S.A. de Inversiones to devote itself to developing housing projects under the Natania system and to developing real estate projects targeting the middle class.
2010: Valle Cercano – Sports Urbanization launched: This is the second Master Planned Community in the city of Cordoba targeting the middle class, a development that will deliver over four thousand housing units. Located just 15 minutes from the City of Cordoba, it will surely become the city’s new real estate landmark.
