Natania: A system for promoting the purchase of quality housing for middle income sectors. Its activity began in 1986 and since then it has built and delivered over 3,500 houses and 1,100 apartments. Currently active in the provinces of Cordoba, Mendoza and San Juan, it also had a strong impact on provinces in the south of Argentina, such as Rio Negro and Neuquen.
Natania became the country’s first private, non-bank mortgage loan provider.
