ECIPSA Group releases its second Sustainability Report after a year of growth and international expansion

ECIPSA Group continues to consolidate its leadership in the sector with the publication of its second Sustainability Report for the 2024 period. Developed under the international standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the report reflects the company’s commitment to triple impact management: Environmental, Social and Governance.

This new report covers the main advances, challenges and outcomes obtained during 2024, highlighting initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and reaffirms ECIPSA’s purpose of innovating in real estate to improve people’s quality of life.

«This second report marks a new milestone on our path toward becoming a more conscious and resilient company committed to the future. We continue to build on our core values, with a long-term vision,” said Walter Fuks, CEO of ECIPSA Group.

During 2024, ECIPSA delivered over 500 units in Argentina, where 95% of the construction suppliers were hired locally, promoting the regional development of each community. In relation to its more than 19,000 clients, it increased its experience and trust indicators, in addition to incorporating new areas such as Product Quality to further enhance their satisfaction.

During 2024, ECIPSA deepened its operations in Paraguay, Israel, Brazil, the United States and Panama, forging new strategic alliances to further consolidate its presence in these new markets. It also completed a USD 30 million public offering, reaffirming its leadership in the capital markets and its capacity for financial innovation, and was recognized by the Financial Times as one of the three fastest-growing development companies in the Americas.
